How to Apply Signature
Desktop (Outlook)
- Click Copy Signature to Clipboard above.
- In Outlook, go to Settings (Gear icon on top right or View > View settings) > Accounts > Signatures.
- Create a new signature and paste (Ctrl+V) inside the text box.

Mobile (Outlook App)
- Open this generator on your mobile device.
- Tap Copy Signature to Clipboard.
- Open the Outlook App.
- Tap your Profile Icon (top left) > Settings (Gear Icon).
- Tap Signature and paste into the box.
